The OA Assistant is an internal AI-powered portal that helps employees resolve day-to-day operational questions across three domains:

• HR — policies, benefits, onboarding, and payroll enquiries.
• IT — hardware requests, software access, password resets, and troubleshooting.
• Leave — check balances, submit requests, and track approval status.

The assistant is available to all authenticated Altostrat employees via Google Cloud Identity-Aware Proxy.
